Xing He MuZi Carbon Co.,Ltd is a professional manufacturer for graphite electrode of small specification, with RMB 58 million net assets, 160 stuff members and 30 professionals Technical. The annual turnover is around RMB 50 million. In the year 2002, we have been registered as a qualified enterprise of import-export operation. The products of our company are sold to all over the country, and exported to America, Germany, Spain, India, Japan, and Korea. Besides, we have strict management and advanced production technology. Our company currently has a comparatively complete production line of graphite electrode. We hold one of 500-ton Vertical Type Hydraulic press, both of 315-ton Vertical Type Extrusion and 315-ton Molding Machine, six of 500-cube liter Mixed Pinch Pot, 10 of Down Draught Kiln, 19 of various of C-630 and C-620 lathes, and four of milling, extrusion, baking and machining workshops. Our main products (below Dia.300mm) include Native Graphite Electrode, Artificial Graphite Electrode (including RP Graphite Electrode, Special Processed Graphite Electrode, Hollow Graphite Rod, Impregnated Graphite Electrode with pitch, resin or wax), Special Shaped Graphite products and Thin Fabric Graphite Anode Plate. These products are mainly used in metallurgy and petrochemical industrial. In addition, our company has been building a new factory on the basis of the old one from the year 2007. We have built milling, extruding, baking and impregnating workshops, and purchased 2 new Hydraulic Presses (800-ton two sides Hydraulic Press used for High Pure graphite products and 800-ton Vertical Type Hydraulic Press used for various graphite electrode under Dia. 300mm). The baking and impregnating workshops have been put into operation at the end of 2007. 800-ton Two Sides Hydraulic Press and 800-ton Vertical Type Hydraulic Press will put into production in October 2008. Our company is carrying out the second technical improvement, and building a new Round Down Draught Kiln, two Pit Baking Kilns, a new Graphitization, Machining and Finery workshop.
